Title: Information Services Delivery Vice President
Location: India
The Vice President of Information Services Delivery manages our multifunctional offshore team in support of corporate headquarters and in alignment with corporate goals. While most work requirements are generated through corporate teams, the VP manages the resources in Bengaluru and Pune to assure productivity and the continuous improvement of our capabilities in India. As a member of staff, the VP participates in strategy development and execution and guides the corporate office in terms of best practices in the Indian region.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assures effective operations by managing communication between regions and setting high expectations.
- Works with India HR to hire positions aligned with corporate needs, and to surface personnel issues that may not be visible to remote management.
- Participates in daily and weekly meetings with global teams while representing the Information Services in India.
- Assures that management in India embodies the values of the Information Services team including Integrity, Accountability, and Mutual Respect.
Collaborates and works closely with all Sr Staff and management within the India region, developing and helping to build a best-in-class organization for the company and staff in the region. - Prioritizes objectives and implements strategies to achieve company initiatives and increase operational efficiency.
- Drives collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Directly and indirectly manages staff to achieve company and department goals and enhance professional development.
- Stays aware of activities and changes in other departments with our India organization.
- Guides and directs the work of managers and above.
- Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
- Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent.
- Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
- Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
- Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.
- Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree is expected.
- Internal candidates: Minimum 7 years of management experience including, a minimum 3 years as an exceptional performing Mouser Director
- External candidates: Minimum 8 years management experience, including 4 years as a director or a higher-level management position. Exceptional references required.
